Excellence in Education + Beyond 💡

Hi, I’m Kelley!

Throughout my career in education, my journey has taken me on a unique and diverse path. I've worked as a speech-language pathologist, collaborated with integrated special education teams, trained teachers, offered consulting services, and developed professional development and organizational change programs. I have also served as a district-wide coordinator, focusing on designing and implementing social and emotional learning programming.

Testimonials

  • We invited Kelley to speak to a national cohort made up of mid-career professionals in the water industry who have been working on leadership development over the last 3 months. Of the many live sessions this group had the opportunity to attend, Kelley's 1-hour session on Social and Emotional Intelligence continues to be a fan favorite! They had so many great takeaways, and Kelley's saying, "Come as you are, take what you need," resonated with many. Needless to say, Kelley is an absolute rockstar!

    - Averi Davis, Program Associate, Syracuse University Environmental Finance Center

  • Kelley was a phenomenal resource for our UPK teams! First, she started by building a trusting relationship with staff before taking a data driven approach to increase student attendance and assist in creating behavior plans. Teachers were guided through frequent check-ins that Kelley was very accommodating in scheduling. Her positive approach to each dynamic student case is what kept our teachers engaged with our customized technical assistance throughout the school year. We can’t wait to work with Kelley again! She really goes above and beyond to support staff for student success!

    - Lindsay, Director of Special Education and Student Services, Southern Cayuga Central School District

  • Kelley takes on any challenge you send her way. She will research what she needs and deliver the information in a professional manner. My students and I love having her visit our classroom!

    - Jen Lung, 4th Grade Teacher, Marathon Central School District

  • Kelley's kind, compassionate nature comes through in her forward-focused, solution-oriented work. As a school administrator, I appreciated that she put students' needs first, worked to develop a cohesive team mindset when approaching difficult situations, and was methodical in her approach to achieve a larger vision by breaking it into small, actionable steps. She is a delight to work with!

    - Holly M., Former Jr-Sr HS Principal / Doctoral candidate, Marathon Central School District/University of Buffalo

  • I love taking Kelley’s workshops! She is an engaging and knowledgeable presenter. She values feedback and encourages conversation in our groups. She reminds us that we are human and our emotions are a valuable asset to our daily interactions with our students. At times when our jobs are very stressful she reminds us of the importance of our roles with our students and within our school community. She encourages us to strive for self care to aid us all in becoming better versions of ourselves.
